East Idaho Carpet Cleaning

Wow, what an experience. I am very happy with the service and follow-through from East Idaho Carpet, they saved my carpet completely. I started my day calling every carpet cleaner I could because my husband dropped almost a full quart of paint down our carpeted stairs. While many were sympathetic, they all said, “we can’t do anything for two weeks, you should think about replacing the carpet.” Since this was the only good carpet in my house, that was not an option. Mike, not only made time in his schedule in his schedule, he did everything he could to help. When he arrived, we both thought carpet cleaning would help but wouldn’t get the full stain out. This was not the case. He spent two hours and worked to get it all out, I was very impressed with his diligence and conscientiousness toward helping me with the stair disaster. The cost of carpet cleaning saved me THOUSANDS in replaced carpet and I cannot be happier. Wish I had a before and after but I was too panicked to think about that. Thanks Mike! We'll be calling for the rest of the house later.

The guys got here on time and did a great job. Fast and efficient. We usually do it ourselves with a rug doctor but this time hired E Ida carpet cleaning instead, and I'm glad we did. Our carpets haven't looked this good in 20 years. And--a job that usually took us all day (and a lot of hard work) took them 30 minutes while we sat and watched. And the price was great! Will have them come again next year.

Easily the BEST service contractor I have ever used! Mike, the owner, is so helpful and friendly. His communication from start to finish is exceptional and his pricing is the best in town. He even came over during the process to check on his guys and to see if I had any questions. The cleaners that came over, Braxton and Hunter, were so professional and did a spectacular job. They managed to save the carpet in a spare bedroom where my old pup had an overnight series of serious accidents. They saved me a couple thousand by not having to replace that carpet. Bravo to this company and his employees!!

They made sure to take care of the stains we were worried about, even improving a tie die stain. They were very fast and thorough. We plan to definitely use them again for future cleaning.
